Brookfields Consultancy was taken on by Harbour & Jones Ltd on a consultancy basis to work on two major projects that had been highlighted by the board as business critical. These were the review, upgrade and recertification of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) for two of our recently procured operating brands, and the implementation of a comprehensive Integrated Management System (IMS) for our head office function (comprising of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management & ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management).
During this period, Meggan was the consummate professional, immersing herself into the inner workings of the business and forging key working relationships to ensure the relevant information was obtained, actions required were highlighted, and communication was targeted, clear & concise, consistent and timely.
Within this relatively short timeframe, Meggan successfully delivered in her key objectives, with the IMS being awarded by the certification body in June 2017, and the QMS transition at the end of October 2017. Up to the present date, Meggan has been utilised on an ad hoc consultancy basis to assist with the ongoing maintenance, surveillance and independent auditing of both QMS & IMS systems.
Meggan’s time with us has proved extremely successful, delivering over and above on the initial established objectives. Zotefoams plc sought the support of Brookfields Consultancy just under a year ago, and with the advice and guidance from Meggan, made significant improvements to our management systems which has allowed us to recently achieve a successful migration to ISO 45001 with a 100% score against the management clauses. Before Morrow + Lorraine began working with Meggan in 2021, our ISO14001 audit process lacked finesse, and our Environmental Management System was far from efficient.
